What You Will Be Doing
This is a full time role to backfill a BPT (Basic Physician Trainee) 2/3 medical registrar role. The role will primarily involve working as a general medical registrar or a relieving medical registrar until 31/01/2027. As a relieving registrar you may be required to rotate through a number of specialties including Cardiology, Neurology, Renal Medicine, Oncology, Haematology, Infectious diseases, Perioperative Medicine, Geriatrics and Intensive Care Medicine. In addition, you may be required to work across a number of sites within our consortium, which include Rosebud Hospital, The Mornington Centre, Mildura Base Hospital or Goulburn Valley Health.
To fulfil your Royal Australian College of Physician (RACP) Training requirements a robust education program will support you, reflecting your individual needs.
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
Essential Criteria: MBBS, Current general medical registration with the Medical Board of Australia and successful completion of Post Graduate Year 2
Desirable Criteria: Successfully completed first year of RACP accredited basic physician training

*Please refer to Doctors in Training (Victorian Public Health Sector) (AMA Victoria/ASMOF) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2022-2026 salary circular for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
