What You Will Be Doing

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a valued and integral member of the Peninsula Health multidisciplinary team demonstrating flexibility in caring for patients and their families across the organisation. The RN works competently within their scope of practice to deliver safe, evidence-based, person-centered care to achieve optimal health outcomes. The Graduate Nurse Program is designed to assist the newly qualified RN in the transition from student to registered practitioner as a valued member of our healthcare team.
 

What You Need


We anticipate you will have:


• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high quality outcomes for consumers

• Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills commensurate with experience
• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Able to use basic computer software applications

• Clinical documentation skills using clear, concise and grammatically correct language
• Effective communication and the ability to relate to consumers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds

*Please refer to salary circular for NURSES AND MIDWIVES (VICTORIAN PUBLIC SECTOR) (SINGLE INTEREST EMPLOYERS) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2024-2028) for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
