The Team & Role

The Administration Assistant plays a key support role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the MePACS office by providing high-quality administrative and clerical support to the General Manager and Management Team. This position is responsible for coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, preparing reports and documentation, and maintaining effective record-keeping systems while handling enquiries in a professional and timely manner. The role contributes to a responsive, customer-focused service by building strong working relationships across teams, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and upholding confidentiality and organisational standards in line with the values of Bayside Health and MePACS.

 

  
Skills & Experience Required  

  • Demonstrated experience providing administrative support to management teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-developed organisational and time management skills
  • Experience in healthcare or related environment (desirable)
