•    Classification: H17 (e.g. Grade 1, Year 1-5*) plus super

The Team & Role
The Community Dental Program Administration Support Worker provides administrative leadership and coordination across community and private dental services, supporting consistent, high-quality service delivery. Working closely with the Program Manager, Team Leaders, and private providers, the role manages key systems and processes including titanium reporting, banking, recalls, waiting lists, payments, and reconciliation activities. With a strong focus on collaboration, accuracy, and accountability, the position supports clinicians, providers, and clients while contributing to safe, effective, and connected care for the community.

Skills & Experience Required

Essential    
•    Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent)
•    Demonstrated ability to exercise time management skills including the ability to prioritise competing demands and problem solve
•    Substantial experience providing administrative support to clinicians and administration staff.
•    Well-developed computer skills including Microsoft applications and ordering systems and software (e.g. Titanium, Excel, Oracle, OfficeMax and Allenby) …
•    Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
•    Able to demonstrate initiative, self-direction and a high attention to detail
•    Good written and verbal communication skills.

•    An ability to learn new tasks and systems quickly
