What You Will Be Doing  

The Administration Assistant ensures effective functioning of our reception areas and provide administrative support to outpatients to ensure effective and efficient day to day functioning of our services. The Administration Assistant works in collaboration with colleagues and communicates effectively with members of the public who contact our service.

 What You Need 

We anticipate you will have: 

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills including excellent telephone manner 
  • Excellent computer and keyboard skills 
  • Experience working within a customer service environment (desirable) 
  • Previous experience in creating and maintaining Digital Medical Records (desirable)

*Please refer to Health and Allied Services, Managers And Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 salary circular for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
