What You Will Be DoingThe Administration Assistant ensures effective functioning of our reception areas and provide administrative support to Community Health, Ambulatory services, Community Care and ACCESS clinicians to ensure effective and efficient day to day functioning of our services. Administration Assistant works in collaboration
with colleagues and communicates effectively with members of the public who contact our service.

What You Need
Essential Criteria
∙ Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills including excellent telephone manner
∙ Sound written communication skills
∙ Excellent computer and keyboard skills
∙ Ability to work unsupervised and as an effective team member
∙ Sound understanding of privacy and confidentiality
∙ Ability to complete tasks efficiently and accurately in a busy work environment
Desirable Criteria
∙ Experience working within a customer service environment
∙ Experience in creating and maintaining Digital Medical Records

*Please refer HEALTH AND ALLIED SERVICES, MANAGERS AND ADMINISTRATIVE WORKERS (VICTORIAN PUBLIC SECTOR) (SINGLE INTEREST EMPLOYERS) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2021-2025 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
