What You Will Be Doing
The Team Manager provides leadership to and is responsible for accountability for the overall operation and clinical management including budgets, targets and key performance indicators for the Adult Community Mental Health services based at Rosebud.

The Team Manager is instrumental in the planning process and the effective allocation of resources. They are responsible for leading and managing a diverse team ensuring delivery of safe, evidence based, person centred care to achieve a high standard of quality client outcomes. The Manager will also lead and coordinate quality improvement activities, accreditation and facilitate service reviews.

What You Need
We anticipate you will have: 

  • Registered Nurse, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist of Clinical Psychologist with relevant registration.
  • RPN only - post graduate qualification in Mental Health or completion of a specialist undergraduate Mental Health program.
  • Extensive experience in community mental health. 
  • Advanced leadership skills and demonstrated ability to lead in complex environments.
  • Previous management experience would be desirable.
