What You Will Be Doing
Peninsula Health has multiple part time opportunities for experienced and person centred focused Ward Clerks to join our Rosebud Emergency Department. You will be working in a fast paced team environment providing administration registration support to patients and relatives presenting to the Emergency Department. You will also be providing admission and discharge support, booking patient transport to other locations and provide efficient and effective general clerical support for ward staff, whilst respecting confidentiality at all times. Availability across a 7 day rotating roster (including night shift) is essential and allowances apply as per the relevant Enterprise Bargaining Agreement.

What You Will Need
We anticipate you will have:
- Attention to detail and exceptional customer service
- Administration experience
- Flexibility to work all shifts of the Emergency department, including night shifts.
- Experience with Medical Terminology (desirable)
- Advanced experience with IPM / First Net (desirable)

*Please refer to salary circular Victorian Public Health Sector (Health & Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers) Single Interest Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
