The Team & Role 

Join MePACS, a trusted 24/7 personal alarm service supporting more than 40,000 clients across Australia. As a Client Care Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking non-emergency assistance, providing compassionate and professional support that helps people feel safe, connected and reassured. Working within a dedicated team, you will assist with client enquiries, service changes, alarm installations and ongoing client support, while ensuring a high standard of customer service. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older Australians and people living with disabilities every day.

Skills & Experience Required 

  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond to urgent situations
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems (training provided)
