The Team & Role
The Lone Worker Business Development Manager is responsible for driving national sales growth of MePACS’ Lone Worker Duress Alarm solutions by actively identifying and securing new business opportunities. Operating as a proactive new‑business specialist, the role manages the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and engagement through to deal conversion and ongoing account support—while also expanding existing client relationships. Through targeted outreach, stakeholder influence, and collaboration with internal teams, the position focuses on increasing market awareness, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring sustainable business growth across the B2B sector.

Skills & Experience Required
• Proven success in B2B new‑business sales or business development roles
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, and close new opportunities
• Experience managing the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to conversion
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Experience using a CRM system to manage sales pipeline
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required
• Experience/knowledge of Workplace Safety & OH&S Industry and/or Healthcare Sector (desirable)
