What You Will Be Doing

The Lead Technical Support Officer is a supervisory role within the MePACS service structure, providing technical leadership and support to Technical Support Operators. This role focuses on managing workflows, supervising service quality, and ensuring adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across shifts. The position aligns with Grade 2 responsibilities, including technical guidance, employee development, and customer-focused service delivery.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:

  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven ability to guide team members with clear, diplomatic communication.
  • Technical Problem Solving: Strong technical problem-solving abilities, prioritising tasks effectively.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Demonstrated capacity for working collaboratively, supporting team cohesion.
  • Written Communication: Competence in preparing clear, concise reports and documentation.
  • Proven supervisory or technical leadership experience in a similar capacity.
  • Managing   and/or working in a technical support team
  • Technical support experience are advantageous (desirable)
