On 1 January 2026 five health services (Kooweerup Regional Health Service, Peninsula Health, Alfred Health, Bass Coast Health and Gippsland Southern Health Service) will come together to create Bayside Health. A newly merged health service with more than 22,000 employees caring for a community of over 1.2 million Victorians.
The new health service will provide people with the best possible care with services that support them throughout their lives. The merger will also strengthen our workforce, providing new training, education and career opportunities. Subject to final approval on 1 January 2026, all employees from the five health services will transfer to Bayside Health.

What You Will Be Doing
In a typical day you will see 3 to 4 clients doing a combination of single discipline visits and joint discipline visits in home and community settings. You will be working as part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team to provide assessment and intervention to children with development delays and disabilities and their families. Eligible children will have current NDIS funding in place. Our service is based within a range of clinic and natural settings including home, kinder, child care and schools. We are a social and supportive team, who are passionate about working together to build our skills and provide quality services to our participants.

What You Will Need
• Qualification in Speech Pathology and have Speech Pathology Australia full membership
• Commitment to ongoing learning and continuous reflective learning
• Commitment to building skills in providing evidence based therapy services to children with disabilities and their families in natural settings
• The successful applicant will need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and begin with the team in end of January 2026

*Please refer to Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2026 salary circular for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
