What You Will Be Doing   

The Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Youth Clinician role sits within Peninsula Health’s Alcohol and Other Drug Program. This position is responsible for delivering the following treatment options: Youth Outreach, Youth Counselling and supporting the AOD Supported Accommodation Program. The role holds a clinical case load of youth AOD clients, working across the AOD sector in the Frankston and Mornington Peninsula catchment, with the delivery of specific funded projects under the AOD program.

  
What You Need  

We anticipate you will have:  

  • Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs
  • A health, social, or behavioural science related tertiary qualification with the AOD competencies (or working towards)
  • Demonstrated experience working with at-risk and vulnerable young people with AOD concerns.

  

This role is limited term part time until 24/12/2025 for maternity leave cover.

*Please refer to Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2026 salary circular for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
