Bayside Health was formed following the merger of Alfred Health, Bass Coast Health, Gippsland Southern Health Service, Kooweerup Regional Health Service and Peninsula Health on 1 January 2026 The Team & Role The Wellness Clinic provide multidisciplinary (dietitian, exercise physiology and music therapy) community based physical health and psychosocial interventions within a recovery orientated model. The team provides specialist expertise in physical health treatment, psychological, behavioural, social and functional interventions. The Wellness Clinic also provides support and education for consumers and carers/families as well as consultation to mental health clinicians. This Grade 2 Dietitian position works with the multidisciplinary team to deliver dietetic services for inpatient and community consumers under Peninsula Health’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Service.
