Bass Coast Health (BCH) is seeking a visionary and driven Executive Director, Service Planning, Capital, Infrastructure and Support Services to shape the future of healthcare in one of Victoria’s fastest growing coastal regions.

As a key member of the Executive team, you will lead a critical portfolio that spans strategic service planning, capital projects, infrastructure development, and essential support services. From overseeing major developments such as the Phillip Island Community Hospital to ensuring the efficient delivery of modern, patient-focused environments, you’ll be at the forefront of building our health service’s future.

The Executive Director is responsible for ensuring Bass Coast Health has clear direction and organisational goals that support the health and wellbeing of our community. You will play a central role in ensuring we continue to build capabilities that enable the delivery of safe, high-quality care across the newly emerging Bayside Health Network.

With direct responsibility for BCH’s service planning, capital, and infrastructure functions, this role provides executive sponsorship for major capital projects and oversees the systems and strategies that support our clinical and corporate programs with safe, efficient, and effective operating environments.
