What You Will Be Doing
We have an exciting opportunity for a FIM Project Coordinator to join our team in a fixed term part time role until 30 June 2026, working 32 hours per fortnight. The FIM Project Coordinator will oversee and manage all FIM functions and maximise efficiency. This role will include data oversight and quality assurance, providing staff training and support on the use of FIM , preparing reports for internal quality improvement and accreditation and external bodies (AROC), and oversee FIM related projects. This will involve working with Nursing, Allied Health, Medical staff and Clinical coders across all sites.
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
- A tertiary qualification in Nursing or Allied Health.
- Trained or previously trained and a good working knowledge in FIM
- Have current credentialing status with AROC
- Have 3+ years’ experience using the FIM tool as a credentialed FIM clinician, inclusive of the last 12 months (for currency of practice)
- Have expertise and/or relevant experience in training others

*Please refer to Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) Single interest employment agreement 2024-2028, or the Allied Health Professionals EBA, salary circular for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
