What You Will Be Doing
The Women’s Health Unit at Peninsula Health is looking to recruit Senior HMOs in Obstetrics & Gynaecology to join our team. Positions are available with 6 or 12 month options, designed to support skill development toward the RANZCOG certificate of women’s health, associate procedural training program or prevocational pathway.
Our Obstetrics service provides care for around 3000 births per year with pregnancies of a range of complexities. We have a rapidly growing Gynaecology service, with great surgical training opportunities. We pride ourselves on a culture of support and mentoring, and a strong collaborative relationship with midwives, nurses, allied health and other specialty teams. Research and academic opportunities are available with onsite and tertiary affiliate support.
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
- MBBS or equivalent
- Current AHPRA General, limited or provisional registration as a Medical Practitioner
- PGY3 or above at time of job commencement
- Australian O&G experience of 3 months or more.

Doctors in Training (Victorian Public Health Sector) (AMA Victoria/ASMOF) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2022-2026. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
