What You Will Be Doing
As a medical House Medical Officer (HMO), under supervisor of senior medical staff and in collaboration with the broader team, you are expected to deliver exemplary medical care commensurate you’re your capabilities in both inpatient and outpatient settings. In addition, the role is designed to allow you to meet the clinical and learning requirements set by the RACP. Rotations include General Medicine, Cardiology, Neurology, Renal, Oncology, Haematology, Infectious diseases, Geriatrics and Emergency Medicine.
A robust education program is provided to ensure you successfully meet the exit requirements of the RACP BPT program, the written and clinical examination.
Please note that whilst we will endeavour to design BPT1 rotations to also meet the requirements of the PGY2 certificate, this cannot be guaranteed.

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
Essential Criteria: MBBS, general medical registration with the Medical Board of Australia
