The Team & Role
The position is also required to provide timely and appropriate data and reports to the Access Program Manager, as required and be a key point of liaison and communication for staff and referrers in relation to the Access service.
Responsibilities and sites for Access operations may alter in alignment with Bayside Health service planning goals but the key functions will remain.

Skills & Experience Required

Relevant tertiary qualification and significant experience in the health or Community service sector

Experience in managing and or supervising professional staff

Strong organisational skills

Hih;y developed verbal and written communication skills

Experience in leading and developing teams

Ability to lead and implement new systems and processes (desrable)
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence (desirable)
