The Team & Role
This Administrative Assistant role is to support the two Directors of Physician Education (DPEs) deliver the Basic Physicians Training (BPT) program at Peninsula Health. This will include communicating with trainees, setting up online and in person teaching sessions, data management and liaising with the Royal Australian College of Physicians (RACP). Currently there are 76 Basic Physician Trainees at Peninsula Health.

Skills & Experience Required
• Experience in administration tasks such as setting up online meetings, managing spreadsheets, utilising complex data sets
• Desirable to have experience in Microsoft Teams, Excel and Word
