  • Located in: Mental Health Service, Frankston
  • Classification: Grade 4 (YC91*) plus super 

 

The Team & Role 

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Administration Coordinator to lead and support our administration staff within our Mental Health and Wellbeing Service (MHWS).

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for staff supervision, accurate rostering, equitable workforce allocation, and leave coverage to ensure a smooth and reliable service. You will work collaboratively with the team and autonomously to maintain high-quality client information management systems that meet DHHS, PHCN, and other key stakeholder funding and reporting requirements. You will also play a key role in staff training support and the development of tools and procedures to enhance administrative capabilities across the service.

Skills and Experience Required 

  • Certificate III in Business Administration or working towards the same
  • Intermediate to advanced ability to use MS Office suite of programs
  • Thorough knowledge of CMI, iPM and Mental Health Act, and other patient Administration Systems
  • Demonstrated experience managing staff and the ability to provide leadership
