Bayside Health was formed following the merger of Alfred Health, Bass Coast Health, Gippsland Southern Health Service, Kooweerup Regional Health Service and Peninsula Health on 1 January 2026. 

The Team & Role 

The role requires delivery of a consistently high standard of customer service as the first point of contact for Bayside Health's (Peninsula Care Group) Mental Health and Wellbeing Service. The successful candidate will maintain a professional image and uphold strict confidentiality at all times. Key responsibilities include ensuring customer expectations are met across wayfinding, reception, and concierge functions; completing administrative tasks within agreed timeframes; and fostering positive workplace behaviours and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Skills & Experience Required *

• Certificate III in business administration or working towards same

• Knowledge of Medical terminology

• Previous experience in a mental health setting
