What You Will Be Doing
The Administration Assistant/Operations Officer will ensure effective functioning of all aspects of the office through the provision of effective and efficient administrative systems. As a team member, you will contribute to providing a positive profile for the Director and the Department. The Administration Assistant/Operations Officer supports the wider team with general administration or coordination needs within the department. They must enable effective communication across all of the Frankston Hospital departments as well as the broader Peninsula Health personnel.

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
• Extensive experience managing and aiding a multi-faceted team
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Advanced roster creation and management experience using excel
• Sound knowledge of Enterprise Agreements and recruitment experience

*Please refer to Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 salary circular for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
