The Team & Role
We are looking for an efficient and proactive Allocator to join our Workforce Bureau. In this role, you will be the link that keeps our wards and departments staffed with the right people and skills during unexpected leave and vacant shifts to meet our service needs. This includes filling vacant shifts promptly and effectively with consideration for skill mix, labour costs, service requirements, and supporting our managers by helping them problem solve temporary staffing decisions. In addition, this role holds a key responsibility for the engagement and communication with Bank, Pool, and Agency staff and stakeholders. Our day-to-day is fast-paced and collaborative; you will be a part of a team that is driven and supportive, where working towards our shared mission to ensure high quality care for our consumers is at the heart of what we do.

Skills and Experience Required
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, including a demonstrated ability to negotiate
and gain agreement - Demonstrated problem solving ability to identify and propose practical solutions to
problems - Advanced computer skills and ability to utilise common software applications such
as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook - Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
