What You Will Be Doing
The Capital Implementation Manager works with the Mental Health & Wellbeing Service to ensure optimum outcomes for consumers with a particular focus on operationalising and mobilising the move into the new Frankston Hospital and Yuille Street redevelopment, coordinating existing and new projects, and seeking out funding and grant opportunities for future growth and development of the service. You will demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders within and external the service to achieve identified outcomes.

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
- Registered Nurse, Social Worker, OT or Clinical Psychologist with relevant registration
- (RPN only) Post graduate qualification in Mental Health or specialist undergraduate Mental Health program
- Understanding of project management methodology and ability to develop operational models of care
- Extensive clinical experience in the management and provision of mental health services including acute inpatient services and/or community mental health care
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate a range of activities, set priorities and achieve deadlines in an environment of competing demands

*Please refer to Victorian Public Mental Health Services Enterprise Agreement 2020-2024 salary circular for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience. It is strongly recommended that individuals in this role remain up to date with their COVID-19 vaccinations.
