  • Permanent Part time or Full Time, 64-80 hours per fortnight

  • Classification: Mental health Clinician ( RN Grade 3 Year 1-4*;Allied health Grade 3*) plus super

The Team & Role 

Join Bayside Health’s Peninsula Care Group as a Community Mental Health Case Manager supporting adults with severe and enduring mental illness in a recovery‑oriented, community setting. Based at Tarnbuk Centre, Frankston, you’ll manage a complex caseload and work within a supportive multidisciplinary team including psychiatry, nursing, allied health and peer workers.

The Tarnbuk Centre is a dedicated public mental health facility located in Frankston, operated by Bayside Health Peninsula. It brings together community‑based Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) services in a single, purpose‑built location to improve continuity of care for consumers and collaboration between teams.

The Case Manager role offers meaningful community impact, strong clinical supervision, professional development opportunities, and the benefits of public sector employment.
The team work Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.

Skills & Experience Required 

  •  Registration as a Registered Nurse, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, or Clinical Psychologist, with relevant professional registration.
  • Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) only: Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health or completion of a recognised specialist undergraduate Mental Health program.
  • A current Victorian Driver Licence.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of the Victorian Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022
