The Team & Role 

The Data & Extract Lead is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, quality and timely submission of hospital data in accordance with Department of Health reporting requirements. 

Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will support accurate and compliant data collection and entry practices, provide guidance on data requirements, and apply established processes to cleanse, format, validate and quality assure data.

This role plays a key part in supporting organisational reporting, informed decision-making and compliance with statutory reporting obligations. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to build effective working relationships, influence best practice, and drive continuous improvement in data quality and reporting outcomes, ensuring the delivery of accurate and trusted data within strict reporting timeframes.

Skills & Experience Required 

  • Ensure compliance with relevant Bayside Health clinical and administrative policies and guidelines.
