What You Will Be Doing
The Dental Assistant Coach – Reception/ Intake trainer and Oral Surgery Portfolio Holder is a key member of the wider multi-disciplinary dental team. This role has a focus on providing safe, personal, effective and connected care to members of our community.

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
- Certificate III Dental Assisting
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or working towards)
- Extensive experience as a Dental Assistant
- Computer skills including data entry and understanding of dental software
- Demonstrated strong reception and intake skills
- Demonstrate ability to mentor or train staff learning reception and intake systems
- Demonstrated theatre experience or willingness to gain theatre experience

*Please refer to Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
