What You Will Be Doing  

The Grade 3 Dietitian will be working within the multidisciplinary Community Rehabilitation Program (CRP) to achieve optimal outcomes for clients in the community setting. This may include a combination of centre based and home based service delivery, with approximately 60% of the position allocated for management of this clinical caseload. There is a strong emphasis on client focussed goal setting in a timely manner with planned discharge, with a team approach. 

The Grade 3 Dietitian will also contribute to workforce planning, manage various operational aspects of CRP as required and provide direct clinical supervision for Grade 2 Dietitians in CRP, Transition Care Program (TCP) and Falls Prevention Service (FPS).

What You Need 
We anticipate you will have: 

• Member or eligible for membership of Dietitians Australia and the APD program
• Current Victorian Driver’s licence

*Please refer to Medical Scientists, Pharmacists and Psychologists Victorian Public Sector (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 salary circular for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
