What You Will Be Doing
The Grade 3 Physiotherapist is responsible for providing expert assessment and management to clients in the EIiCD program, by providing predominantly centre-based appointments to clients presenting with musculoskeletal, respiratory, cardiovascular, diabetic and neurological conditions. Assessments and interventions are tailored to the individual to optimise their health and wellbeing. Patient centred care plans are developed and clients are managed via face-to-face interventions, telehealth, phone consults and/or group programs.
The Grade 3 Physiotherapist undertakes service revision and planning for EIiCD physiotherapy, provides representation for community health physiotherapy across the wider organisation, and provides clinical leadership and supervision to all physiotherapists within community health

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
- Registration with Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- Extensive experience in the delivery of expert physiotherapy services to consumers living with a broad range of conditions, in particular to those with musculoskeletal conditions.
- Demonstrated experience in quality improvement and research processes.
- Demonstrated experience in the leadership and management of students, allied health assistants and physiotherapy staff.
- Demonstrated ability to constructively communicate concerns and issues, identify and propose practical solutions to problems.
- Demonstrated ability to actively support change by adjusting work practices
- Post-graduate qualification in relevant field (or be working towards).

*Please refer to Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2026 salary circular for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
