What You Will Be Doing  

Supervise and manage a team of End User Services (EUS) specialists and provide effective and timely day-to-day IT desktop support, advice, guidance and diagnosis, and timely problem resolution for staff.  The role assists clinicians and other hospital staff to meet their goals in delivery of patient care by supporting and delivering desktop infrastructure, applications and related technology within a healthcare setting. 
This position works closely with the Service Desk team and other EUS staff to enable timely resolution of support requests. Effective communication with an organised, client-focused service delivery excellence orientation is critical to the success of this role.

Position Description

 
What You Need 

We anticipate you will have: 

• Extensive knowledge and experience in Windows 10/11 Operating Systems, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Microsoft Office product suite and desktop applications software
• Experience working in an ITIL based service delivery environment
• Extensive knowledge of Computer Hardware including imaging, setup, and maintenance
• Knowledge of specialised applications used within a Health Services Sector (desirable)
