The Team & Role
The Mornington Adult Community Mental Health team (MACMHT) is a specialist multi-disciplinary and integrated service that provides care coordination through an assertive outreach model for persons aged 25-64, who are experiencing severe and persistent mental health disorders. The team provides a broad range of treatment, case management, care interventions and support for those clients living in the Peninsula Health Mental Health and Wellbeing Service catchment.
The Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EEN) is a valued and integral member of Peninsula Health’s MACMHT multidisciplinary team, demonstrating flexibility in caring for patients and their families across the organisation. The EEN works competently within their scope of practice to deliver safe, evidence based person centred care to achieve optimal health outcomes.
The Endorsed Enrolled Nurse will support the teams Community Clinicians with the clinical support and provision of services to people with a mental illness that includes the frequent liaison with and referral to generalist services including general practitioners, private psychiatrists and external care agencies.

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a PEN; or a post registration qualification (of at least 6 months or 200 hour duration) a component of which is relevant to the current role
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high quality outcomes for consumers
- Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills commensurate with experience
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Extensive and recent experience in the mental health field, including community mental health care
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the principles of Recovery Orientated practice in Mental Health Care

*Please refer to salary circular for VICTORIAN PUBLIC MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2025-2028 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
