What You Will Be Doing   

The Health Information Manager (HIM) - AI Coding Solution Subject Matter Expert (SME) will be part of the Solventum 360 Encompass project team, implementing Solventum 360 Encompass and CDI Engage at Peninsula Health. This role focuses on promoting data accuracy, integrity, and quality, ensuring seamless integration with other healthcare systems, and optimising workflow efficiency. The HIM - AI Coding Solution SME will collaborate with various departments and teams to support the successful implementation and management of the software.

What You Need  

We anticipate you will have:  

  • Degree in Health Information Management
  • Eligibility for membership of the Health Information Managers Association of Australia (HIMAA)
  • Sound working knowledge of iPM, DMR, Cerner & Solventum Codefinder
  • Experience with Solventum 360 Encompass or similar coding and documentation improvement platforms (desirable)

*Please refer to Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2026 salary circular for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
