What You Will Be Doing
The IT Service Delivery Lead will be critical in operational management, team leadership, process optimisation, and stakeholder engagement which enable the delivery of a high quality service, (including support, and communication) to Peninsula Health users and consumers.

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
- Extensive Service Delivery Management experience including Problem, Change and Incident Management
- Expert knowledge of ITIL disciplines
- Extensive experience with IT Service Delivery and leadership
- Excellent Leadership and People Management skills
- Extensive Relationship Management and Customer Engagement skills
