The Team & Role 

The IT Service Delivery Lead will be critical in operational management, team leadership, process optimisation, and stakeholder engagement which enable the delivery of a high quality service, (including support, and communication) to Peninsula Health users and consumers.

Skills & Experience Required

We anticipate you will have:  

  • Extensive Service Delivery Management experience including Problem, Change and Incident Management
  • Expert knowledge of ITIL disciplines
  • Extensive experience with IT Service Delivery and leadership
  • Excellent Leadership and People Management skills
  • Extensive Relationship Management and Customer Engagement skills
