What You Will Be Doing  
The Industrial Relations Lead is responsible for the provision of high quality, client focused Industrial Relations support to the People, Culture and Governance team and Peninsula Health’s leadership team. This role will provide advice and case management on complex industrial matters as well as representing and advocating for Peninsula Health at various forums such as Fair Work Commission and Enterprise Bargaining

What You Need 
We anticipate you will have: 
•    Extensive experience in Human Resources in particular in Industrial Relations
•    Sound knowledge of the legislative and regulative requirements relating to Human Resources and ER/IR management
•    Ability to represent an organisation in industrial matters at the Fair Work Commission or relevant forums/tribunals
•    Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employment Law or a related field
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Skills in negotiation and dispute resolution with stakeholders, including unions
•    Demonstrated ability to investigate and provide recommendations on complex Industrial matters
