What You Will Be Doing  
The Learning Hub administrator is a specialist role that administers formal learner programs within Peninsula Health; inclusive of pre-registration students, transition to practice (graduate), transition to specialty practice, postgraduate and staff professional development programs. The learning hub administrator is accountable for compliance and data reporting to the Department of Health, Education Provider contract management and invoicing, internal financial reporting, management of learner experience surveys, assistance with learner recruitment and onboarding, data entry and administration within the Peninsula Health’s Learning Management System, ordering stationery and equipment, managing room bookings and other general administrative duties within the learning hub. The role will also be responsible for PlaceRight and BPCLE annual reporting on behalf of Peninsula Health.

What You Need 
We anticipate you will have: 
•    Proficiency in the use of established administrative processes
•    Ability to work well with key stakeholders to obtain co-operation and assistance in the administration of set objectives
•   High-level computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint    
•   Ability to work autonomously, and prioritise work within established policies and guidelines 
•   Ability to manage confidential and sensitive material in a professional manner
•   Excellent verbal and written skills
•  Experience in a health care education setting (desirable)
