What You Will Be Doing 

The Medical Engagement lead is responsible for leading and facilitating the required communication, consultation and change management activities with Clinical Directors, Heads of Unit, and the broader medical teams for all divisions of Peninsula Health impacted by the move into the Frankston Hospital redevelopment. 

 

This role supports integration of the medical perspective and requirements into the required commissioning, operational planning and move preparation activities to ensure a seamless transition into the new environment and the delivery of operational, clinical, and strategic objectives related to the redevelopment.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:

  • General registration as a Medical Practitioner with AHPRA Medical Board
  • Membership or candidacy for membership of Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators (RACMA)
  • Relevant experience in clinical management and medical administration
  • Sound clinical knowledge, skills and experience in contemporary medical and evidence based practice
