What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Critical Care Nurses to join our Casual Nurse Bank, providing exceptional care in high-acuity environments. As a Casual Critical Care Nurse, you will have the flexibility to work on an as-needed basis across various shifts in our intensive care unit (ICU), high dependency unit (HDU), and other critical care areas. You will be responsible for delivering expert, evidence-based nursing care to patients who require advanced monitoring and treatment.
Key duties include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice. You will play a pivotal role in responding to emergency situations, providing advanced life support, and promoting recovery in critically ill patients.

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
• Current, condition free AHPRA Registration
• Completion of a graduate program or equivalent Critical Care experience (min 12 months)
• Unlimited working rights in Australia
• Well developed nursing skills with recent Critical Care experience (within the last three years)
• Availability to work a minimum of three shifts per month
• Ability to work across all of Peninsula Health sites (desirable)
