In a typical week, there is a lot of variety that will involve morning huddles with the team, home assessments and modifications, equipment prescription, cognitive screening and ADL retraining. There are opportunities available to supervise AHAs and students and close collaboration with the MDT. You will have support from the TCP management team, an Allied Health Team Leader, a Grade 3 Senior OT as well as a team of fantastic Grade 2 OTs who meet monthly to complete journal clubs and quality improvement activities. You will work with a multidisciplinary team who are inclusive, passionate and share a vision to provide excellent, evidence-based care for patients and their families.
