What You Will Be Doing
The Operational Change Specialist will play a critical role in the successful delivery of a major hospital redevelopment project. This role is responsible for leading and managing the change management activities to ensure the seamless transition of staff, processes, and systems into the new facility. This role will work closely with project teams, clinical and non-clinical staff, and external stakeholders to drive adoption, minimize disruption, and ensure the new hospital environment meets operational and strategic objectives. The skills you bring will enable the successful implementation of Change Management in a project environment.

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
- Extensive change management experience, preferably within large-scale healthcare or infrastructure projects, leading change across systems, process and people.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver stakeholder centric change management and communication plans that align with the existing change management and communication frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, collaborate and maintain effective business relationships with key stakeholders to implement digital transformation successfully.
- Strong analytical and structured critical thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyse business processes and workflows.

*Please refer to Health and Allied Services Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021 – 2025 salary circular for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
