What You Will Be Doing
This role will take the lead for Peninsula Health (PH) to ensure the success of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) arrangements for the new redevelopment at Frankston Hospital. Responsible for overseeing compliance processes and activity to validate delivery contractual obligations provided by the PPP partners, ensure operational reviews, quality assurance, performance standards, financial obligations, data analysis and reporting are delivered to the required standards in accordance with the PPP contracts, Deed of Agreement and Service Specifications. This position will play a critical role in safeguarding service quality, managing risks, and maintaining alignment between the hospital’s strategic goals. The role is responsible for managing a small team who will support the ongoing delivery of best care and a high level of engagement with all Project stakeholders.

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
- Expertise in the oversight of PPP contracts, including risk, performance, and dispute resolution. Financial oversight, stakeholder engagement, and compliance
- Significant experience in briefing Executive teams (verbally or in writing) on current or emerging risks in areas of accountability including the provision of clearly articulated and considered recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively, analyse situations, evaluate, research and analyse data, identifying trends and preparing briefs and reports to support informed decision-making and planning
- Experience in a role where managing changing priorities and high workloads demanded highly developed skills in multi-tasking with the ability to switch attention between tasks, manage competing demands, prioritise effectively, and complete tasks to a consistent and professional standard
- Health Service experience (desirable)

*Please refer to Health and Allied Services, Managers And Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 salary circular for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
