What You Will Be Doing
This role supports the delivery of the People Team’s strategy through identifying, designing, and implementing a range of organisational initiatives to improve employee experience and overall organisational performance, with a particular focus on gender equity and leadership capability. The role requires an individual that can operate at all levels of the organisation, including consulting and engaging leaders at senior levels, is comfortable interpreting data and an ability to design, develop and implement programs that make a measurable impact on the employee experience

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
· Project management experience with outcomes delivered within resources and timeframes
· Tertiary level qualifications in HR or related discipline
· High level of analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to make recommendations and create actions based on findings
· Has successfully consulted and engaged employees at all levels of an organisation
· A keen interest in gender equity and (desirable) evidence of contributing to improvement in this area
· Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs at multiple levels of an organisation and can demonstrate that they had a measurable impact
· Proficiency in the Microsoft office suite and presentation of information is clear and engaging
· Desirable – experience in a health industry setting
