What You Will Be Doing
Are you interested in commencing or continuing to work and expand your skills in the field of Occupational Health and Safety within the Health Care Industry? We have a unique opportunity for a People Adviser to join our team.
The Advisor provides administrative and operational support to the Health and Safety Consultant (Psychosocial Safety) and other safety consultants across the health service. This role contributes to the implementation of health and safety initiatives, supports documentation and reporting processes, and assists in coordinating wellbeing and safety programs.
Our offices are located on the Mornington Peninsula with the primary site in Frankston, but we may consider offering work from other Peninsula Health locations

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
- Certificate 4 in Workplace Health and Safety or other demonstrated HSW knowledge
- Experience in administrative or hospital functions

*Please refer to Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 salary circular for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
