What You Will Be Doing
The People Officer is an integral position to the People Operations Team at Peninsula Health. Reporting directly to the Manager Business Partnering and Change, the generalist role is a support role with an administrative focus designed to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. This role is part of the team that is the first point of call for Enterprise Agreement and policy related queries, as well as support for the Business Partnering and Change team and Director People Operations

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
• Previous experience in Human Resources or related field
• Qualifications in Human Resources or a related field or working toward it
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in a high pressured environment whilst managing a large volume of tasks
