What You Will Be Doing
As a Grade 2 Physiotherapist you are responsible for working closely within the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team and maintains a focus on maximising discharge physical outcomes through individualised management programs. You are also responsible for supervision of undergraduate physiotherapy students, grade 1 Physiotherapists and Allied Health Assistants.
The GLR campus comprises two 20 bed inpatient rehabilitation wards. You will provide physiotherapy and aquatic physiotherapy management to a mixed, though predominantly neurological rehabilitation caseload

What You Need
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Ability to competently perform high quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment and patient management, including thorough and appropriate discharge planning
- Demonstrated experience and competence in neurological and general physiotherapy rehabilitation
- Demonstrated experience in the supervision and education of physiotherapy staff and students
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous and innovative improvement through quality and research activities

*Please refer to salary circular for Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021 – 2026 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
