What You Will Be Doing 

In this role, you will be a key member of a Multi-disciplinary team (MDT) that work closely together to assist their clients to achieve their goals and remain in the Community.

The Physiotherapy team are inclusive, passionate, and shares a vision to provide excellent evidence-based care for Clients.

A TCP client typically stays on the program for 8 – 12 weeks, which allows a great opportunity to work closely with your clients to develop and achieve meaningful goals.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have

  • Current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia (through AHPRA).  
  • Relevant experience as a Physiotherapist in the subacute/ GEM/Community setting with sound understanding of aged care issues and processes.
  • Demonstrated clinical leadership and supervision of students to promote professional competence and foster individual development.
  • Current Driver’s licence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation, conflict resolution and problem solving. (desirable)
