  • Classification: RPN6 or Allied Health equivalent plus super

The Team & Role

 

Lead a high‑performing mental health service supporting children, young people and families on the Mornington Peninsula.

The Role

Manage and lead our Infant, Child & Youth (ICY) Mental Health Service, covering:

Access & Brief Intervention

Infant, Child & Family team (0-11)

Youth programs including Intensive Youth Outreach, CASEA & Youth PARC

Therapy Clinics & Group Programs

Partner with the Clinical Head of Psychiatry (0-25 years) to deliver safe, evidence‑based and recovery‑oriented care.

What You'll Do

Lead multidisciplinary teams across ICY services

Drive service development, quality improvement & innovation

Oversee budgets, workforce planning & operational performance

Strengthen partnerships with schools, community agencies & internal services

About You/Skills & Experience Required

Registered Nurse, Social Worker, OT or Clinical Psychologist

Postgrad Mental Health qualification (or working towards)

Strong leadership experience in CAMHS/ICY/youth mental health preferred

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
