What You Will Be Doing
Reporting to the Director Operational Readiness, the primary purpose of the Project Manager role is to assist with the implementation of a range of project activities related to the Frankston Hospital Redevelopment Project. The role will focus on all aspects of operational readiness, transition and relocation planning to ensure a smooth transition to operational commencement in January 2026.
Key to the role will be the ability to build, and drive productive, collaborative working relationships with a wide variety of key stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of project activities. The role has responsibility for facilitating development of models of care as outlined in the Operational Readiness Plan for Frankston Hospital. This is a fixed term full time role, Monday to Friday until 31st March 2026.

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
- Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
- Experience in providing leadership, support and supervision to clinical teams
- Demonstrated experience in the development of models of care and implementing process improvements
- Demonstrated experience in working both independently and as part of a team
- High level written and verbal communication skills as well as computer literacy
- Ability to prioritise work, complete tasks, report progress and operate effectively in a demanding environment

*Please refer to the Nurses and Midwives Enterprise Agreement salary circular for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
