What You Will Be Doing
Peninsula Health invites candidates for an exciting leadership opportunity within our Mental Health and Wellbeing Service (MHWS). We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to lead a specialised team focused on quality improvement, data-led innovation, and programmatic transformation. This is your chance to directly influence service delivery in line with the recommendations of the Royal Commission into Victoria’s Mental Health System and Peninsula Health’s strategic vision.

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
- Extensive clinical or lived experience leadership in mental health services
- Demonstrated capability in leading quality improvement and service innovation projects
- Strong understanding of contemporary mental health practices, with a commitment to co-design and person-centred care
- Excellent interpersonal, consultation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in complex healthcare environments

*Please refer to Victorian Public Mental Health Services Enterprise Agreement 2020-2024 salary circular for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience. It is strongly recommended that individuals in this role remain up to date with their COVID-19 vaccinations.
